Order before 1pm and we offer next-day delivery across the UK. Orders placed after 1pm go out on the next working day.
Everything starts with a conversation on WhatsApp, and we’ll confirm the details for your order there. There’s no website checkout, so you can ask any questions about delivery before anything is sent.
For temperature-sensitive items, a short journey matters. Next-day delivery keeps the time in transit as short as possible, which works hand in hand with the insulated packaging described below.
Discreet, plain outer packaging
Orders ship in a plain black mailer box. There’s no conspicuous branding on the outside, so a parcel from us looks like any other delivery: quiet from the doorstep in.
Discretion runs through the whole process: a private conversation on WhatsApp, no checkout on this website, and packaging that doesn’t draw attention.
How parcels are kept cold
Temperature-sensitive items need care from the moment they’re packed to the moment they reach your fridge. Every parcel is packed in three layers:
- Black outer mailer. A sturdy, plain box that protects everything inside and keeps the parcel discreet.
- Foil insulated pouch. Inside the mailer, items sit in a silver foil insulated pouch that slows the transfer of heat from outside.
- Gel packs. Gel packs go in with the insulated pouch to help keep the contents cool on the way to you.

When your parcel arrives
A few simple steps once it’s with you:
- Open it promptly. Don’t leave the parcel in a warm hallway, by a radiator or in direct sun.
- Into the fridge at 2–8°C. Move the contents to the fridge straight away. The main body of the fridge is better than the door, where the temperature changes every time it’s opened.
- Never frozen. Keep items away from the freezer compartment and the back wall of the fridge, where things can get too cold.
- Follow the guidance. Always follow the storage guidance supplied with each item.
