Why I started Peptide IQ UK
I’ve trained on and off my whole life. About three years ago I started learning about peptides, and it changed how I think about health, fitness and looking after myself. I got so into it that I wanted to share it, and that’s why I started Peptide IQ UK. It’s a place to learn about peptides in plain English, with the same care I’d want for myself.

Education first
We think people should understand what they’re reading about. That’s why education comes first. On Instagram and TikTok, we explain peptide research in plain English: breaking down the terminology, the different formats, and how research is reported.
On this site, our guide to peptide pens covers what pens are, how they compare with vials, and how they’re stored.
Our content is general education only. It isn’t medical advice, and it never replaces guidance from a qualified professional. We don’t make health claims, and we don’t give medical advice.
Careful storage
Temperature-sensitive items need looking after at every step. We take care with storage, keeping items in line with their storage guidance right up until they’re packed, and we encourage the same at home: refrigerated at 2–8°C, away from heat and light.
Cold-chain delivery
Every order is sent in temperature-controlled insulated packaging with gel packs, with next-day UK delivery when you order before 1pm. A short journey and the right packaging go together. See exactly how parcels are packed on our delivery and packaging page.
Discreet by design
Plain black outer mailers with no conspicuous branding. No website checkout. A private conversation on WhatsApp from start to finish.
How to reach us
There are no forms and no checkout on this site. Everything starts with a message on WhatsApp, and we usually reply within a few hours. For updates and educational posts, follow @peptideiquk on Instagram and @peptideiquk on TikTok.
Content on this website is general educational information only and is not medical advice. Always seek guidance from a qualified professional for personal decisions. Peptide IQ UK is for adults aged 18 and over (18+).
